I remember your order with a note saying, "you pulled the bacon out of the fire last time" which has now become my new catch phrase! Your customer service is second to none. I received a call from one of your staff who told me that they could deliver flowers in the morning to my sister's house but didn't want to wake her with the doorbell. I asked if she could me when she delivered them. She did everything she said she would do. It's rare any more to find companies with employees who keep their word and follow through on their promises. I wish I could receive this type of customer service from everyone I do business with!

MANY years ago I had an account with Burns. Life changed. I moved away. Came back and used another well known San Rafael florist. When my best friends Mom passed away recently I don't know what made me go back to Burns. When I did I remember why. Quality of product and reasonable prices.
